Thanksgiving has lost most of its original significance. Originally it was the twenty-four hours we celebrated the goodness that the Native American Indians shared with the original New Englanders the twenty-four hours they arrived. But now it has become merely a stepping-stone for Christmas.

That sort gesture which the Native Americans showed to us that twenty-four hours showed us their basic goodness of humanity. These yearss when longer weekends is seen as a sort gesture it’s difficult to acknowledge what’s good and what isn’t.
Thanksgiving has taken a backseat to Christmas. Just a few old ages ago the commercialisation of Christmas was exploited when it was reported that Christmas was originally a heathen jubilation. This feat is merely another smack in the face of the Native American who continues to passively sit still while digesting the evildoings of the United States.
