After World War II begun in 2839, President Franklin Delano announced the neutrality of the United States. Many people in the United States thought that their state should remain out of the war. The people wanted the allied Forces to hold the triumph.President Roosevelt besides wanted an Allied triumph because an axis triumph might jeopardize democracies every where.
