Upon having all the books that we had to read during this class. Frankenstein was the 1 that I was looking most frontward to reading. Most horror fiction novels have the same narrative line with no existent significance behind the authorship. but as I opened this novel and continued to read. I truly became interested in the deeper significance of Frankenstein and I merely had to go on reading to happen out more. Unlike most horror fiction novels. Frankenstein in my sentiment has the ability to maintain its readers interested alternatively of tiring them.
Mary Shelley used her writing ability to state a great narrative that involved the relationship between adult male and mans creative activity. A major observation that I made while reading Frankenstein was of all the several subjects made throughout the whole full book. Some subjects where obvious. others you truly had to believe about it. All though many people may believe Shelley’s Frankenstein is merely another normal horror fiction novel. I believe this fresh provides several subjects throughout the full narrative line because it shows the subjects of human unfairness towards foreigners. ignorance is bliss. and society’s male chauvinist point of views.
The chief subject that I noticed while reading Frankenstein. was the thought of human unfairness towards exteriors. All throughout the novel. the monster has to confront man’s inhuman treatment to those who are different. Frankenstein’s monster is so an castaway and he doesn’t belong in human society. The monster’s disaffection from society. his battle for retaliation. and his unrealized desire for a comrade. are all shared by his Godhead. I noticed while reading the fresh how rapidly Victor became similar his creative activity. Both Victor and his creative activity live in isolation from society. they both hate their suffering lives. and both Victor and his creative activity are enduring.
