Internal discipline.

As the supervisor, I believe looking for evidence would be better than expressing my suspicion because suspicion will make the office Payne to stop this act or change tactics hence blocking the recovery of what had been stolen or even the office Payne may sue the supervisor for suspicion without evidence. In order to obtain evidence, I would keep account of money or goods at the disposal of the office Payne and strategically monitor the employee’s moves. (Sinangil, K.H. et al ,2001, p.32).  Otherwise if I fail to catch employee in the act, expressing my opinion by asking the employee about missing money and goods will make the office Payne aware hence stopping the theft. (Braithwaite, J., Fisse, B., 1984, p.192).

According to Locke, E. A. (2000, p.89). Job satisfaction can be described as the level at which an employee is contented with his job. It can be described in terms of how employee expectations are met at the work place. The three major characteristics that appeal to me most include social relations at work place. This element of work satisfaction directly defines how I relate to the other employees. Social acceptance improve my attitude and team spirit because as a team player, I value the participation of other people and this has lead to my outstanding performance at work which is a product of contributions from other people. Secondly, opportunity to advance in a career is very important for individual development and future contribution to an organization. (Spector E. P., 1997, p.32).  A job that provides a chance for career development motivates my retention and contribution because I believe my skills are appreciated at the work place. Finally, job security defines the confidence with which one serves at a work place. A secure job means that I concentrate on my responsibilities at work place and not spend time in finding out a job to quit to incase I am relieved of my duties. Concentrating all my effort in a job makes me satisfied that I have given it all. (Eid, M., Larsen, J.R., 2008, p.400).
