Government is justifiable in restricting the rights of the people it governs for the public assistance of the group, and even themselves ( the people ) . If people has usage of their absolute rights, intending they were allowed to make anything because they have the right to make anything they choose, rights of other people would be infringed on. Chaos would be the order without authorities. Peoples gave the authorities the power to make this by making a societal contract, an understanding to be governed by a authorities which in bend will protect the rights of the persons who created it. In order to protect the natural rights of the

people, there must be a bound on what people can make ( people have the & # 8220 ; right & # 8221 ; to make anything they want ) . Even first amendment rights can be taken off if it is necessary.

Without the being of authorities, adult male would be in a province of utter and

changeless pandemonium. There would be no order if there was no understanding between a regulating organic structure and the people it is set up to regulate. It is justifiable for a authorities to restrict the rights of the person for the good of the whole group. If people had full usage of rights ( absolute usage of rights or absolute rights ) , they would be conflicting on the rights of the people around them.
