There are 4 rearing manners based on parental reactivity and demandiveness. These manners are Authoritative, Authoritarian, Indulgent parents, and Indifferent.
The Authoritative parents are warm but steadfast. These parents set criterions based on their kid? s capablenesss both mentally and physically and these criterions are non set in rock. These parents can be reasoned with. Authoritative parents place a high value on self way ( liberty ) . Examples of these parents discussed in category are Bill Cosby and Seventh Heaven, but I besides believe Family Matters and Family Ties are besides good illustrations.
