? The Glass Menagerie? by Tennessee Williams shows the battle of two people to suit into society, Tom and Laura, and how society wouldn? T accept them. They were the dreamers that were unjustly kept out and you may even travel every bit far as to state persecuted into remaining out and aloof like the other dreamers which are forced to go castawaies and non lend to the actions of all.
Tom and Laura, the two dreamers, were pushed by their ma, Amanda, to her frame of head and the ideas of a difficult working society. They both stumbled on the fire flight which served as a gateway, physically and mentally. Tom had the job of adjustment in at the warehouse were he worked, because is the warehouse truly a topographic point for person like him and his head rebelled. Last you can see how society forced them to alter and Laura to lose her position in order to suit in with Jim and that? s shown by the horn breakage. Tom so realizes that and leaves which causes him to alter excessively. Tennessee Williams artfully depicted this.

He was ever losing his strength while out there smoking and looking out into the universe. Acknowledging the sounds and seeking to link but unable to. Ultimately Tennessee Wiliiams message was that society was stiff and it forced those which did non suit the cast to alter into a from which was acceptable.
