Internal Communication

            Internal communication is seen as an important element for our group. It serves as the foundation of the success in terms of achieving the goals and the objectives set forth in each activity handled. The group is composed of four members that are working cooperatively with a leader that oversees the efforts made by each of the members. Since the activities of the group require constant cooperation from each of the members, there is the need to ensure an open line of communication for everyone.

            When the members meet one another during the class hours, we are given the chance to work on the things that are to be discussed. We talk about the things and the goals that we need to do for our human resources aspect of the project. This means a time for us to meet one another and settle most of the issues in an easier manner and likewise occurs in real-time. More often than not, the critical decisions are consulted with one another during these times.

            Likewise, internal communication also occurs outside the classes where we get the chance to talk to one another and have discussions through electronic mail. This is a very convenient tool for messages that need to be relayed after the official class hours. It gives the people the chance to stay connected with one another as progress is made for the project. It serves as a virtual discussion area for the members and works efficiently for the number of times we have used it for the group announcements.

            Lastly, a significant proportion of the discussions also occur in the class web campus discussion board along with other team members. Considering that this is an official website used by the class, everyone has access to it and frequently checks for announcements. This makes it more convenient than the previous tool because we only have to check one site and proves to be an organized tool for communication.

            These are the three mediums through which the members of our group communicate with regard to the goals of the project. Indeed, it has been proven that communication is an essential tool for the success and completion of tasks.
