The Boy in the Striped Pajamas is about this male child that is called Bruno that’s 8 old ages old and his pa is a Nazi officer. Bruno has an older sister. a amah. 3 best friends that are called Daniel. Karl. & A ; Martin. and of class a ma and a pa. Bruno and his household have to travel to Berlin to a new house because his pa got promoted because he had a opportunity to run into the “The Fury” ( Adolf Hitler ) to be control of a concentration cantonment. Bruno had to go forth to a new house and his three friends. When he gets to his new place he doesn’t like it and feels homesick because there was nil merriment to make or hold any friends to play with. One twenty-four hours when Bruno sneaked out of his house and was inquiring in the wood and saw a cantonment that he thought that was a farm but it was really a concentration cantonment. When he got closer and closer so he saw this child that was the same age as him and was called Shmuel and a fencing where dividing them. Then they started speaking and became friends.

Then each twenty-four hours Bruno started conveying him nutrient. Then Shmuel told Bruno the truth that he was imprisoned because he was a Jew and Bruno didn’t attention. One twenty-four hours Shmuel got caught eating a bar by a Nazi officer and Bruno with him. Then Shmuel explained that Bruno gave it to him and Bruno denied what Shmuel said. Several yearss passed and Bruno didn’t travel visit Shmuel. Until one twenty-four hours he went to see Shmuel and he had a black oculus and Bruno apologizes for it and they become friends once more. Dayss passed and they both planned that Bruno would be in the other side of the fencing with Shmuel so they can play all twenty-four hours. When Bruno got to the other side of the fencing some Nazi officers appeared to take the Jews to the gas chamber. Then his ma told his pa that Bruno is losing and they went to look for them. When they got to the concentration cantonment Bruno’s pa told him to non turn on the gas chamber. It was wholly excessively late and when they got at that place they found out that Bruno was already dead.

The film was based during World War II and its located in Germany Berlin most of the clip. This was where some of the concentration cantonments where located at and that’s where the chief character of the lives. The Nazi party blamed and made propagandas about the Jews that they were the mistake why Germany is in the ruined. The reaction of many states for Germany’s action was traveling to war with them. The Allied powers were the Americans. France. United Kingdom. and Poland. The Axis powers were the Germans. Japan. and Italy. Many of the Germans where back uping Hitler because they thought that he could do Hitler a strong state once more.

The War lasted between the old ages 1939-1945. The cantonment that Bruno’s pa was in charged ( Auschwitz ) was an existent cantonment during World War II. This was accurate to because the holocaust truly happened. The fact that people was really beaten up and putted in gas chamber truly happened to. Somewhere inaccurate to because the Nazis would hold killed people that weren’t able to work. Shmuel wasn’t old plenty to work so he should hold been one of the first individuals to decease. The concentration cantonments fencings had electricity.

So Bruno wouldn’t be able to creep under the fencing because he would hold been electrocuted. I thought that the film was truly sad and truly good. The sad portion was that Bruno and Shmuel died at the terminal because they were guiltless. It was truly good to because it was a really good built film with some accurate facts and at the same clip inaccurate facts. This made me larn non that much about WWII because I still remembered all this material from 8th class but it still refreshed my head on how WWII was.
