The motives of John Proctor, and Reverend Hale oasis t been the same throughout the drama. I think Reverend Parris had the same motives throughout the whole drama though which was to profit himself and non others. Proctor and Hale by the terminal had the same motive, which was to allow out the truth that the misss were shams and that they needed to be hung, non the people that they were impeaching.

Reverend Parris is the curate for Salem. He is a paranoid, power-hungry adult male.
