The short narrative, & # 8221 ; The Grave, & # 8221 ; by Katherine Anne Porter began in a privy country that had one time been the household graveyard. The graveyard was owned by the grandma who had merely passed off. In her will she had requested the land be sold and this required the household graveyard to be moved. Two kids had come across the empty Gravess while they were runing. Their hunting exhilaration is lost when they kill a coney and detect the coney was about to give birth.
