Internet as a source of sharing and dissemination of information can help the manager perform their roles and responsibility in organizations because a manager is entrusted with roles that mainly depend on the existing information research that may be predictive of future trends.

Internet is not only a place of information but also tools to assist in quality management such as software and methods of communication such as emails, charting and conferencing that can help the managers to save on time utilized in accomplishing their responsibilities.

The manager can also establish the validity of information, research and decisions by comparing it with the available information on the internet.
