Population. term mentioning to the entire human dwellers of a specified country. such as a metropolis. state. or continent. at a given clip. Population survey as a subject is known as human ecology. It is concerned with the size. composing. and distribution of populations. There are many causes of over population. because the population of Pakistan is increasing twenty-four hours by twenty-four hours due to the undermentioned causes. There are so many grounds of this higher birth rate in Pakistan. i. e. Desire of male kid. Remarriage of widow. polygamy and so on. Death control is one of the ground of over population is higher life anticipation due to modern medical specialties and wellness attention. which control the decease rate and a individual survive/ stay in society for longer period of clip. Aims:

Universe:
This field work was conducted in District Buner.
The information was gathered from different small towns of District Buner including Chenglai. Bajkta. Chagharzo. Bagra. Pirbaba. Nawagai. Dewana Baba and so on.
Sample Size:
In this field work. I selected 50 respondents. This was hard for me to make full the questionnaire from all the staff members. because every bomber section has maximum 14 staff members. So for that intent I selected the graded random sample. I selected 7 respondents from every bomber section. Tools of informations aggregation:

Datas analysis:
After go throughing from all the research procedure. the gathered information was arranged and put into tabular arraies. Then the information was analyzed and major findings were drawn. Entire 50 respondents were selected. in which 30 male respondents and 20 female respondents. The first aim of my field work explained that chief hurdlings faced by the population section were the menaces of the community. deficiency of concern tools and deficiency of cooperation and coordination on behalf of the people. The 2nd aim of my field work explained that the function of population section was satisfactory. They arranged household planning plans and besides they provided medical specialty to the people and they informed the people sing the negative impact of over population. Due to the medical specialty which they provided to the people. diminish the decease rate of adult females during gestation. The 3rd aim of my field work explained that the spiritual people did non take part in the household planning plans in the community and they did non allow the activities of the population section in the community. So this ground community is itself hurdle in the execution of policies of the population section.
Problems:
I have faced three types of jobs during informations aggregation. The present military operation against the activist in District Buner. in that ground fright of activist in the bosom of my respondents because population section was the hit list of the activist. And the 2nd job which I faced as the conveyance installations because District Buner is the hilly country and the conveyance is limited. due to those I can non make my targeted country easy. Another job which I faced during informations aggregation was the absence of the respondents of section. because of curfew. For which I went several times to these countries.
